Wednesday, October 12th

Participants will arrive in Columbus, Ohio, and check into their hotel.

Thursday, October 13th

Day one will feature a welcome presentation, multiple faculty presentations, a soft skills workshop, lab tours, and poster presentations. It will start at 9 am in the Physics Research Building, and end with a dinner at El Vaquero.

Friday, October 14th

Day two will commence with industry talks, a professional development workshop, a career panel, lab tours, poster presentations, and closing remarks. It will start at 9 am in the Physics Research Building and end with an unofficial dinner at 7 pm.
